Conditions of Booking
When booking a caravan or chalet a deposit of £30.00 per week is required, which is treated as a booking fee and is non-refundable. The balance should be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Pets are welcome in some units at £20.00 per week, (maximum 2 dogs per unit), but must be kept under strict control, not allowed to wander and never left in accommodation unattended. There is a dog walk provided within the park.
We welcome families and couples, but regret we are unable to accept bookings for teenagers without their parents.
Visitors are requested to note that accommodation is not available until 3pm and are asked to vacate by 10am on day of departure. Please collect keys from Reception.
Duvets, pillows and linen are provided for bedrooms. Please bring your own towels and tea towel.
Please refrain from smoking in units.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Breakages or damage to the property and/or contents should be reported and paid for prior to departure.
The owners do not hold themselves liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, to any property, including cars and the like however caused.
The swimming pool is cleaned daily. Your co-operation in ensuring that children are instructed not to throw stones etc into the pool would be much appreciated. Large objects such as dinghies and surfboards are not allowed in the pool.
The proprietors accept no liability for injury sustained by any person in the play and pool areas. Young children must be accompanied by an adult whilst using any of the equipment in the play area or in the pool as no supervision by the proprietors can be provided.
